How to Join Richmond HOG
If you are passionate about riding and enjoy the company of fellow Harley riders, you should consider a membership with National HOG; and if you’ve heard that Richmond Rocks you’ll want to join the Richmond Harley group too.
To join the Richmond Harley group you must first be a member of the National Harley Owners Group. This group is more than a million members strong. The National group offers a number of benefits including roadside assistance, H.O.G. Magazine now published five times a year, the annual Harley-Davidson Touring Handbook and participation in local, state and national rallies. You can sign up on-line. Go to the Harley Owners Group Website and fill out the application. This is the fastest way to become a National member.
Our chapter meetings are held on the 2nd Saturday of every month throughout the year. Meetings keep members informed of Chapter activities, exchange ride experiences and plan future events. Occasionally speakers are invited to discuss matters of interest to the Chapter such as legal issues, rider safety, charitable causes, and various other topics. You’ll get time to brag if you choose and we’ll introduce new members as well. Of course, this starts with free DONUTS and coffee or soda – just help yourself. Each meeting concludes with a 50/50 raffle drawing followed by an optional group lunch ride. Ride activities are as diverse as the membership led by an experienced Road Captain. We have many scenic back roads in this area to visit. Richmond HOG is also famous for sponsoring charity motorcycle events to raise money for worthy causes. Richmond HOG is a great group of people and being a member really adds to the motorcycling experience.
Then, once you are a National HOG member, you can join the Richmond Chapter. Open this enrollment form, fill it out and print it or print it and fill it out by hand then bring the form along with $25.00 for the annual dues (make checks payable to Richmond HOG) to a chapter meeting or you may drop it off at Richmond Harley Davidson in Ashland.
